In 1900, Joseph added on to the original structure to allow for a new dry goods store, that was to be run by his sisters, Lina and Louise. The building remained in the Dienger family until shortly after Joseph’s death in 1950. Our mission here at The Dienger Trading Co. is to restore the former glory and the original beauty of this building, exactly as Joseph intended it back in 1884. We hope that by exploring all we have to offer, you too experience its elegance and charm.
