If you have to cancel 50% of the deposit is or 25% of the room total is non-refundable.
Rates are based on double occupancy. An additional charge of $25 per person, per night (including children ages 5+) will be assessed for more than 2 guests.
All rooms are smoke-free. Smoking is permitted outside. A smoking fee of $150 will be assessed for any room that has been smoked in.
Pets are not allowed
Candles are not permitted.
Weekends require a 2-night minimum stay, while holidays and special events require a 3-night minimum stay.
The property is for the use of registered overnight guests only.
Check-in begins at 3:00 P.M.
Silent Check-In: Upon arrival, your room will be unlocked with the key on the bed. Office check-in is not required.
Check-out is by 11:00 A.M.
Departure: Upon departure you may leave your key in the room. Office check-out is not required.
